Aqaba– Ameen Al-Maayta – The President of Al-Balqa Applied University, Dr. Ahmad Fakhri Al-Ajlouni, inaugurated the beach volleyball court at Aqaba University College on Monday.

This initiative is part of the university’s ongoing efforts to develop its sports infrastructure and enhance student activities.
Dr. Al-Ajlouni emphasized the university’s commitment to developing its academic and sports facilities to enhance the quality of education and support extracurricular activities.
He noted that these efforts align with the university’s vision of creating a comprehensive and advanced learning environment that contributes to the development of students' skills and enriches their university experience.
He also directed the urgent rehabilitation of the five-a-side football field to provide integrated sports facilities that meet the students' needs.
The opening ceremony was attended by the Vice President of the University for Centers and Community Service Affairs, Dr. Khaled Al-Zaabi, the Dean of Student Affairs, Dr. Khalaf Khatatneh, the Dean of Aqaba University College, and his assistants.
