AMMAN — Emirates has signed a cooperation agreement
with Biolab (a group of medical diagnostic laboratories) to conduct free of
charge
COVID-19 PCR test to passengers on its flights from Jordan to Dubai in a
move aimed at facilitating travel and making it smoother and more comfortable
for passengers, according to Khaberni.

Ameed Abdul Nour, founder and CEO of Biolab, said that the
agreement strikes a partnership in meeting the needs of passengers and easing
the burden of health procedures during travel, assuring that the airline will
bear the costs of the PCR tests.
Abdul Nour pointed to the importance of this unique step,
expressing his pride in the airline’s role in facilitating customers’ travel saying
and adopting best practices in health and safety measures.
Mohammed Lootah, Emirates regional director for Jordan and the West Bank, said: “Our agreement with Biolab is a true embodiment of our promise
to our customers of lasting excellence by facilitating travel with the added
convenience of taking the PCR test free of charge before departure with a
trusted partner. This is in addition to other generous offers of changing
bookings at no extra charge and free COVID-19 medical coverage for all
customers. We prioritize choice and flexibility and work to enhance the
confidence of Emirates with our customers in Jordan.”
All customers who book to fly with Emirates from Amman to
Dubai can take a free PCR test after booking their flight. Customers need to
fill out an
online form to receive the QR code
and submit it to any Biolab Medical Laboratory branch in the Kingdom to take
the test free of charge.
