Irbid teen arrested after killing three members of her family

AMMAN — Police on Thursday arrested the 17- year-old girl suspected of killing three of her family members and injuring two others, in the northern city of Irbid, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

According to the Public Security Directorate spokesperson, Irbid police were notified that the teenager had allegedly shot dead three family members and injured two others during a family dispute.

A slide action firearm was seized and investigations into the incident are underway, the spokesman added.
