Heavy rain is expected to start in early Monday, accompanied by thunder, lighting, and hail in some areas in the Kingdom, said JMD Director Raed Rafid Al-Khattab.

Khattab asked residents to stay safe and avoid dangerous areas, valleys, and areas that collect water. He also warned of heavy downpours in Aqaba and the Dead Sea.

The cold front will bring active western winds, reaching speeds of 50–60km.
