King departs for Cairo, Abu Dhabi

AMMAN — His Majesty King Abdullah on Tuesday departed on an official visit to Egypt, a Royal Court statement said. اضافة اعلان

Her Majesty Queen Rania is accompanying King Abdullah on the visit to Cairo.

On Tuesday, His Majesty is slated to hold a trilateral summit in Cairo with Egypt President Abdel Fattah El Sisi and Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas.

The King is also scheduled to head from Cairo to the UAE on a working visit.

HRH Crown Prince Hussein was sworn in as Regent, in the presence of Cabinet members.
