JPRC discusses 4th expansion project with 3 companies

AMMAN — The Jordan Petroleum Refinery Company (JPRC) said on the Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) website that the company received three offers from three consortia, consisting of seven international companies, to implement its fourth expansion project, according to Al-Mamlaka TV.اضافة اعلان

The JPRC said that “in cooperation with its financial, legal and technical advisors, and after evaluating the technical and financial aspects,” it started discussions with one of the consortia, “the best bidder”

It consists of three companies (Chinese, Italian, and Japanese), with the aim of agreeing on contractual terms. It noted that the bidding process has been extended until the end of December 2022.

The company said that it “will reveal any information when it reaches an agreement to implement the fourth expansion project in a timely manner”.
