The Lexus RX - which is currently available at Markazia Lexus - earned top honors in the Midsize Premium SUV segment. Based on responses from 34,175 original owners of 2022 model-year vehicles after three years of ownership, the 2025 J.D. Power Vehicle Dependability Study - now in its 36th year - provides an in-depth look at the factors contributing to long-term vehicle satisfaction and reliability. Leveraging extensive proprietary datasets and advanced analytics tools, the study evaluates 184 specific problem areas across nine major vehicle categories: climate, driving assistance, driving experience, exterior, features/controls/displays, infotainment, interior, powertrain and seats.
