The second edition of the “Boat Show” kicks off at Ayla Marina
The second edition of the “Boat Show,” organized by Ayla Marina, kicked Thursday, October 17, and will continue until Friday evening. The event opens up new horizons for a growing sector, bringing together specialists in the maritime industry to forge partnerships and highlight the latest global developments.

This year’s Boat Show returns with an exciting and broader vision, building on the excellence and leadership of Ayla Marina, which stands as one of the most prominent hubs for yachts and marine activities on the Red Sea coast.
The show welcomes boat enthusiasts, industry professionals, and the general public with live exhibits and in-depth discussions on modern trends. Building on the success of the first edition, which took place in May 2023, Ayla Marina is taking the show to a new level, bringing a wider spectrum of the marine services industry together.

This year’s edition stands out by offering a platform not only for boat owners and buyers but also for industry stakeholders, including traders, marine parts, and equipment suppliers, as well as banking and financial institutions showcasing their products and services. This broadens the scope of participation and creates a fresh start for the growth and development of the sector in Aqaba.

With its doors open to the public and guests, the Boat Show is a unique event that showcases all aspects of marine services, enhancing Ayla Marina’s position as a leading regional and global hub in the boat and yacht sector.

Ayla Marina’s Manager, Adel Al Ma’ani, said, “With the remarkable success of the first edition of the Boat Show, we are launching this year with a renewed vision aimed at transforming this pioneering event into an annual regional show, placing it on the map of the most important global boat and yacht events. This goes hand in hand with the gradual transformation towards providing a main platform for both producers and traders on one hand, and buyers and marine service providers on the other, to boost the sector and seize promising opportunities within it.”

Al Ma’ani added, “We are pleased to announce the new addition to Ayla Marina’s offerings during the show, with the launch of a new tugboat, which will be a cornerstone in providing more marine services to Ayla’s visitors, ensuring the quality, comprehensiveness, and integration of these services.”
The 2024 Boat Show is a key event for everyone interested in the future of marine services in Aqaba and the region, supporting service expansion and initiating in-depth discussions on areas of excellence and leadership. This strengthens Ayla’s standing in this sector, following the marina’s great success in obtaining the prestigious the global “Clean Marina” certification launched at the Southampton International Boat Show in 2021. Additionally, Ayla Marina has earned two awards from the Abu Dhabi Maritime Awards in the fields of “Environmental Protection” and “Safety Measures” and has raised the “Blue Flag” for seven consecutive years in recognition of Ayla Marina’s long-term commitment to sustainability and environmental excellence.
