AMMAN — The
Jordanian Hashemite Charity Organization (JHCO) dispatched a convoy of seven trucks filled with
food aid to the Gaza Strip on Monday.

The convoy was dispatched in
coordination with the
Jordanian Armed Forces-Arab Army and is part of Qatar
Charity's donations to the Ministry of Social Development, according Al-Mamlaka
TV.
The convoy carried 5,440 food
parcels, which will be delivered to the authorities in Gaza through the
Jordanian Military Field Hospital and distributed to those in need.
Secretary General of the JHCO,
Hussein Shibli, spoke about the importance of the aid convoy, stating, “Today,
we are sending a new convoy to Gaza with the support of Qatar Charity.”
The convoy carried 5,440 food parcels, which will be delivered to the authorities in Gaza through the Jordanian Military Field Hospital and distributed to those in need.
“Palestine, and the Gaza Strip in
particular, holds a special place in our hearts, and we do not forget our role
in delivering support in all forms to our brothers there.”
