Sunny yet cold weather forecast countrywide till Tuesday

AMMAN — The Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) has forecasted sunny yet cold weather across most of the country until Tuesday. While temperatures will be slightly higher than their seasonal average, the weather will remain relatively cold in hilltops and plains, with pleasant weather in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba.اضافة اعلان

According to the JMD report, temperatures will rise slightly on Sunday, but the weather will remain relatively similar throughout the country. The weather will remain stable on Monday with southeasterly moderate winds.

However, the weather is expected to change on Tuesday as temperatures drop, yet still remaining slightly above their seasonal average. The weather will be relatively cold in hilltops and plains.

Today, the temperature in Amman is expected to reach a high of 17°C, dropping to 4°C at night. Meanwhile, the port city of Aqaba will see a fair 24°C, with a low of 11°C at night.
